Cryodynamics is a proud sponsor of the March for Babies event to help raise money for the March of Dimes Foundation.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to prevent birth defects, pre-term birth, and infant mortality.  They help mothers have a full-term pregnancy, healthy babies, and are there to offer support, information, and comfort to families if something goes wrong.  They also research many of the problems that threaten babies and work on preventing them.

 

Cryodynamics  is a proud sponsor of the Reno High School Track and Field Team.

The RHS Track and Field team is a school sports team composed of approximately 90 young athletes who participate in a variety of events throughout the spring sports season.  These athletes compete in running events such as the 100m dash, 400m hurdles ,and 1600m run, and field events such as the pole vault, long jump, and shot put.

Donations help the team cover travel expenses to their meets as well as help athletes who are otherwise unable to participate in this sport.

Cryodynamics is a proud sponsor of the Habitat for Humanity’s 3rd Annual Playhouse Build-A-Thon.

The Playhouse Build-A-Thon has quickly become one of Habitat for Humanity’s largest fundraising events. This event brings together volunteer teams from around the city who will compete in building playhouses that will be sold at Lowe’s in an effort to raise donations and awareness for the Truckee Meadows Habitat for Humanity.

This event is family friendly and free to the public. The public also has the chance to cast their cash donations to vote for the best playhouse and to buy raffle tickets for the chance to win one of the two playhouses that will be raffled off at the event.

The Men’s Wolf Pack Rugby is a collegiate rugby club at the University of Nevada, Reno that competes in the Division IAA USA Rugby League against other collegiate rugby clubs.

 

Cryodynamics is a proud sponsor of the Sierra Nevada Performing Arts Association.

The Sierra Nevada Performing Arts Association was established to support the performing arts in the Reno/Sparks Community, to provide scholarships to talented students in Northern Nevada, and to identify children, particularly those at risk, who could benefit from a music education to help increase high school graduation rates in Nevada. To do this, they support the Reno-Tahoe Music Festival each year as their major source of fundraising.

The Kerak Shrine Circus is an annual event that raises funds to help boys and girls of all ages. Cryodynamics has helped send many children in the area, who would not usually have the chance to see such a wonderful event, to the circus. The circus takes place in Reno, Nevada.

The Roy Gomm Parent Faculty Association supports Roy Gomm Elementary school and teachers by providing essential items such as technology updates, Teacher’s Aides for Kindergarten and First Grade, outdoor activities, PE Teacher, Science and Literacy Programs, basic school supplies, and much more. The Denim and Spring Fundraising Event is the largest event that the Roy Gomm PFA holds each year.

Cryodynamics is a proud sponsor of Reese Derryman’s fight against childhood cancer.

Reese Derryman is a 7-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with Mesenchymal Chondrosarcoma, a childhood cancer. To help her family through this difficult time, the Reno Bighorns, with the help of Cryodynamics, came together to give 100% of their ticket sales for their game on March 6th to the family. Reese is currently undergoing treatment at the Children’s Hospital in Oakland, California.

The Heroes First Foundation, Inc. was established to provide additional support to our military and first responder families. The Heroes First Foundation recognizes the countless hours spent and sacrifices made by our military heroes, police officers, and firefighters to protect our lives, our property, our families, and our American freedom.

One of The Heroes First Foundation’s signature programs is the Paws 4 Vets program. This program helps to pair Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, or their dependents with physical, neurological, psychiatric, or emotional disabilities, with a service dog. These dogs are specially trained as either Psychiatric Service Dogs, Mobility Service Dogs, or Rehabilitative Assistance Service Dogs, and are donated free of charge.

Cryodynamics is a proud sponsor of the Reno Sparks Gospel Missions, Walk a Mile in my Shoes event.

The Walk a Mile in my Shoes event is a one-mile walk through the streets of Downtown Reno that ends at the Mission to raise awareness of those on the streets. More than 40 employees and their friends and families participated in the walk.

This event brings over 500 people annually and is ideal for large groups or organizations. Walkers are given Care cups filled with hygiene items that are to be given to any homeless person that is encountered along the walk.
